Our founder
Justin Ong Merced
Founder, WEBSITETOON
Justin Ong Merced founded WEBSITETOON in Richmond Hill, Ontario. His work brings together business strategy, web development, digital marketing, and AI adoption, helping organizations connect their technology decisions with the way they operate and serve customers.
Justin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton and has completed professional studies in AI and machine learning through MIT. He also teaches and speaks on digital adoption and business growth through business associations, trade centres, accelerators, and education programs.

Helping holiday giving reach further
Supporting York Regional Police Holiday Heroes
WEBSITETOON is proud to support the York Regional Police Holiday Heroes program, a community campaign that helps families, children, seniors, and people facing especially vulnerable circumstances during the holiday season.
During the campaign featured here, Holiday Heroes supported 4,200 families and 6,200 children, with assistance also reaching adopted seniors and survivors of human trafficking. For us, giving back means helping trusted local organizations turn generosity into practical support for neighbours who need it most.

Supporting emergency care close to home
Emergency room sponsorship at Mackenzie Health
WEBSITETOON is honoured to support Mackenzie Health Foundation through the sponsorship of an emergency room. Mackenzie Health serves our growing community through Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
Our contribution reflects a long-term commitment to community well-being and to the people who deliver essential care. By investing in local healthcare infrastructure, we are helping make timely emergency care available when families need it most.

Contributing to security and privacy standards
Justin participates in information security, cybersecurity, AI, and privacy standards work through the Standards Council of Canada and ISO/IEC committees.
